My role focuses on maintaining product integrity—from raw peanut inspection to final packaging—through systematic monitoring, testing, and process control.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, ISO and food safety management systems.Conduct quality checks on raw peanuts, roasted peanuts, blanched peanuts, and peanut paste.Monitor critical parameters such as Aflatoxin, FFA, PV (Peroxide Value), and moisture to ensure compliance with standards.Supervise quality control team activities and ensure proper documentation and traceability.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.Lead internal audits, supplier evaluations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.
