Fifteen years ago, I started my career testing software. Today, I help teams release software they trust. Across insurance and SME lending platforms, I’ve worked on complex systems where a small defect can impact payments, policies, or customer trust. Over time, my role evolved from executing test cases to shaping how quality is built into delivery from day one. In my current role, I don’t just test features — I define QA standards, build scalable automation frameworks, and coordinate release readiness across engineering, product, and UAT teams. By integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and strengthening release governance, I’ve helped reduce production issues, improve deployment confidence, and create faster feedback loops for developers. At Capgemini and client engagements in financial services, I led end-to-end testing across Guidewire platforms, third-party integrations, APIs, databases, and microservices. I built automation frameworks that reduced manual regression effort and introduced reporting dashboards that gave stakeholders clear visibility into quality risks and delivery health. What I’m most proud of isn’t the tools I’ve used — it’s the systems and processes I’ve improved. I’ve helped move teams from reactive defect fixing to proactive quality ownership. Today, I operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and release management — ensuring that what reaches production is stable, validated, and aligned with business goals. Quality, for me, isn’t a gate at the end. It’s a discipline built into every stage of delivery.
