About Vittorio Salvadori
AEC and Business Development expert with a decade of worldwide experience in mass timber and other prefabricated solutions. Currently serving as Director of Design at TimberBLDR, I lead the implementation of hybrid mass timber solutions across all company projects. Previously, as Head of Project Acquisitions and Partnerships at CREE Buildings, I pioneered prefabricated construction solutions in both established and emerging markets, partnering with architects, developers, and construction companies to maximize returns and mitigate risk. My role focuses on overseeing and executing the delivery of mass timber and hybrid structure projects as part of Timber BLDR’s strategic roadmap, ensuring smooth design integrations, detailing, fabrication, and erection. I provide leadership and technical expertise to ensure our innovative timber solutions are delivered successfully in the U.S. and internationally, in collaboration with our network of partners.Key responsibilities include:• Leading and managing the full lifecycle of complex mass timber and hybrid projects, from planning and design coordination through erection and closeout.• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Timber BLDR’s Collaboration Framework and QA/QC standards.• Educating and promoting Timber BLDR’s approach to timber integration and hybrid design to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors.• Collaborating closely with partners, fabricators, and the timber suppliers to align resources, resolve challenges, and escalate risks when needed.• Strengthening partnerships and developing innovative delivery models with other companies to expand the adoption of mass timber and hybrid solutions.
