After Sales Manager reporting to the General Maganement.Manager of the following depts:• Technical Assistance – team made up of 8 technical and secretarial profiles and 20 technicians on field.Coordination of the department\'s activities, with the aim of guaranteeing the best standard of the service and customer satisfaction.• Spare parts office - team made up of 3 people aimed at collecting spare parts requests from the customer, managing them up to shipment.• Test Laboratory - team made up of 3 people aimed at managing product tests in the pre/post-sales phase• Enhancement of after-sales volume, defining a wide portfolio of services: Kit upgrades for obsolete components, machine modernisation, preventive maintenance plans, maintenance contracts, production process optimization, support in the development process of new formulations, training for operators, maintainance staff and supervisor• Development and implementation of new processes aimed at the continuous improvement of the after-sales area.• Implementation of a profit and loss account, to get a clear image of the results obtained in the after-sales area.• Close collaboration with branch and agent offices in order to increase Customer Satisfaction.• Technical-commercial visits to the customer for the management of more complex problems.• Support to the commercial department for negotiations.• Project manager for the creation of a pharma-zone, consisting of 3 cleaning rooms inside the MG2, to allow the safe execution of dosage tests with active products.• Project leader in a multi-year project with the collaboration of an important Austrian research center, for the study and characterization of powders for inhalation use.
