Responsible for overseeing all daily construction activities, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget- Lead weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors to align on milestones, resolve conflicts, and anticipate potential delays before they impact the schedule- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and prevent cost overruns- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration documentation- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Controllers, and the A/E design team to maintain full cost and schedule transparency- Coordinate permitting, code compliance, and regulatory approval processes- Conduct regular jobsite walks and audits to verify quality of work and subcontractor adherence to plans and safety protocols- Manage third-party inspections, testing agencies, and vendor relationships- Support facility startup and commissioning activities (CQV)- Mentor and provide guidance to junior construction staff and field engineers
