Automotive components design, development and management: chassis, cradles and framesInvolved in STLA LARGE project for New Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Giulia;Following Maseti Grecale BEV, Maserati Granturismo ICE and Maserati GranCabrio ICE/BEV- Drafting of technical specifications during the concept phase (requirements list/CTS)- Technical support during the supplier\'s sourcing phase- Check applicable engineering best practice are correctly implemented- Manage the supplier of the components to ensure components development milestones are met/achieved (supplier timing)- Lead supplier meetings, provide guidance and direction and development using the appropriate change management system- Develop DFMEAs or review supplier DFMEA and assess designs for failure modes robustness Collaborates root cause analysis of transmission failures and identify the root cause/s- Define DVP & R plans to validate design and changes- APQP management compliant with project and component milestones - Develop documentation and evidence to support program milestone review (Project Review, Management Review, TKO)- CAD design 3D and 2D drawings guideline to the designer (Siemens NX)- Digital Mockup Analysis- Drafting assembly instructions and chain tolerances analysis- Ensure appropriate use of Tools, Norms, Test Procedures and Acceptance Criteria for cradles- Participate in Product Assurance Planning (Program Management), Quality Problem Solving meetings and will be supporting Supplier Quality during Process Sign-off (PS) and PFMEA reviews
