Leveraging innovative software solutions, he and his team grew IMG into the largest merchant services auditing company in the country, serving high-profile clients such as Rolex Watch, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and American Express Travel. This success culminated in the acquisition of IMG by private equity in 2016.In 2017, Vito expanded his portfolio by partnering with AXS Realty and Development Group, focusing on the development and ownership of residential apartment buildings in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.In 2019, Vito co-founded GettinLocal, a SaaS company providing innovative technology solutions to the travel industry. GettinLocal’s platform enables partners to seamlessly curate all-in-one discovery guides for visitors, and its technology is now featured in up to hotel rooms worldwide through a robust partner ecosystem and licensing programs.In 2022, Vito collaborated with Merchant Monitors (MM), a tech company utilizing AI to deliver unparalleled line-item transparency across all major credit card brands. MM\'s proprietary software monitors and analyzes over $100 billion in annual credit card receivables, offering clients in-depth insights into their merchant services statements.In 2023, Vito co-founded PIKE, a location-based social media app that empowers tastemakers to create, discover, and organize experiences into personalized guides.Vito also serves on the boards of both nonprofit and technology SaaS organizations, contributing his expertise to a diverse range of initiatives.
