ABOUT VITO TODESCHINI
I am a Legal Advisor at Amnesty International, where I focus on international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and issues related to international justice and accountability. Previously, I was a Legal Advisor at the Middle East and North Africa Programme of the International Commission of Jurists based in Tunis, Tunisia, with a special focus on Libya and Palestine/Israel. I hold a PhD in international law from Aarhus University, Denmark, and I am a Fellow at the Centre for European Legal Studies on Macro-Crime at the University of Ferrara. I have taught courses and classes on international humanitarian law and international human rights law, including at the American University Washington College of Law, University of Trento, Aarhus University, University of Ferrara, Tbilisi State University, the Istanbul Center for International Law and Sciences Po.
