Skilled MI/Report Developer, responsible for automating reports, stakeholder uptake developing and producing visually engaging global HR dashboards with accurate key insights for business leaders, managers, and the wider people function, receiving high praise for my technical prowess and problem-solving skills. Leading on self-service MI development and reporting on relevant projects and preparing and delivering on all regulatory and compliance requirements.• Taken it upon myself to lead the automation of reporting processes, saving over 4,250 working hours per annum (similar to GDC; even after I have left, they still gain it) across multiple teams (over 10) and through mentoring more junior members of staff (1,800 hours) • Driving business partners (BPs) to self-serve analytics using advanced Power BI HR dashboards, therefore moving away from Excel to PowerPoint reporting, seeing BPs improving processes in the way I have envisioned. I created the \"method\" for how the BPs could analyse the data as well as the views.• Created the visuals and insights for automated Global Employee Opinion Survey packs for the business (x17) above the level of a pack we paid (>15k) a private provider for, automating text and visuals and getting sign-off from PLT and GMT. This automation took less than 1 day to run, x17, 23 page packs.• Developed numerous advanced HR Power BI dashboards, including surveys, learning and development, workforce demographics, etc, using my own advanced data warehouse and modelling concepts, e.g, term data vs. active data; streamlining multiple analyses via a single unified view.I am particularly proficient in using advanced statistics and creating my own AI algorithms; getting uptake for HR solutions when this was previously poor.
