I am an Engineering Systems Leader with experience in systems engineering management, project and program delivery, and engineering systems transformation in complex industrial and regulated environments. I specialize in building and improving the systems that enable engineering organizations to execute effectively at scale, including systems engineering processes, governance frameworks, quality systems, and digital workflows that improve alignment, traceability, and delivery performance across multidisciplinary teams. In my current role as Systems Engineering Manager at Terrestrial Energy, I lead systems engineering activities focused on integration, system definition, and execution across technical teams.
