As quality director at Muviq, I am responsible for defining the overall strategy of Quality and its deployment in eight production sites spread over three continents. I am responsible for the development and continuous improvement of quality management systems and the promotion of a strong quality culture throughout the organisation. Main objective: to ensure the alignment of the quality systems of the plants with international standards of Quality (IATF 16949) and specific requirements, thus ensuring the level of qualitative performance expected by our customers.Main responsibilities: Defining and implementing quality strategies, policies and objectives consistent with the company’s vision and goals. Manage, update and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with the standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and specific customer requirements. Provide support to plant Quality Managers for the effective implementation of quality initiatives and continuous performance monitoring. Coordinate the analysis of nonconformities and quality issues, identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions, preventive and continuous improvement. Oversee global customer satisfaction metrics (PPM, warranty returns, audits)and manage strategic customer relationships. Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to ensure process stability and product compliance.

I have been involved in quality for over 25 years. I have worked in complex and multicultural automotive environments in Europe, North America and Asia. I currently hold the position of Quality Director at MUVIQ (formerly Dayco Propulsion Solutions), where I am responsible for eight production sites on three continents. Over the course of my career, I have learned that quality is not just a goal, but rather a mindset and culture, and on these principles I have developed and led teams of quality managers in production facilities, helping them to prevent problems, Continuously improve processes and consistently exceed customer expectations and business objectives. My technical background covers all segments of the automotive industry, from light to heavy duty vehicles, with an indepth knowledge of quality standards and customer requirements. Prior to entering the automotive industry, I had extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, working as a program manager and process and product engineer. I completed my training with an experience as a \"resident engineer\" in the United States. What distinguishes me is my ability to combine a strategic vision with a strong practical sense. I tackle every challenge with lateral thinking, looking for innovative solutions and building a culture based on collaboration, responsibility and continuous improvement. My guiding values are honesty, transparency and ethical integrity.
