About Vi H.
With over 16 years of dedicated service in both the nonprofit and private sectors, I have acquired valuable insights across various industries. My primary passion is assisting individuals, whether it involves teaching them new skills or guiding them towards their desired careers. Throughout my professional journey, I have effectively overseen and executed every aspect of the recruitment process. Additionally, I had the privilege of spearheading the inaugural paid internship training program for blind and visually impaired youth in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. I have also organized career workshops and provided classroom education to unique and challenging populations, all while volunteering for causes dear to my heart. Moreover, I possess extensive experience in event planning and execution, encompassing budgeting, advertising, and on-the-ground management. I have also worked in retail sales and provided support services for local law enforcement. In addition to my diverse background, I consider myself a creative thinker, a quick learner, and highly adaptable. I thrive in problem-solving situations and am always eager to embrace new challenges.
