Leading online and mobile banking projects at CIBC digital retail banking as a UX lead and senior product designer- Led design process while providing guidance and support to other UX and visual designers. Improving the overall user experience of online and mobile banking by providing quick updates and improvements- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, journey maps, user interaction documents, visual design prototypes/mockups and UIDs- Building product prototypes, analyzing user feedback, activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience when necessary. Supporting dev teams through the project development process to answer any questions related to design usability and assets. Working with key stakeholders, product teams, and design directors to understand project goals, user and business needs- Assisting with usability testing, content development and accessibility- Currently providing design solutions to the upcoming exciting and innovative banking initiatives. In the recent past worked on many successful projects, named few are Spotlight, CIBC Insights, Online Credit and Debit Card Applications, Online/mobile offers, CIBC Chatbot, and ATM contactless application design.
