About Vitaliy Vladimirov
My work centers on growing community awareness and buy-in around energy efficiency programs, but, as an artist, creativity permeates all I do and I do my best work at the intersection of policy and art - shaping how people experience and engage with the built environment. I can turn policy into experience, creating immersive projects that make hard-to-grasp concepts tangible to the public. I work across communities, industries, and scales and can transform complex ideas into engaging, real-world applications.
