Father. Husband. 4x Founder. Previous SaaS B2B: 6yrs to $1m sales. Latest: 2.5yrs to $1m (Real Estate + AI). All stealth & bootstrapped. Currently, my two Airbnb listings rank #1 and #2 across much of the East Coast. I achieved this within 14 months of construction completion, outcompeting tens of thousands of listings in one of the most competitive markets. By the end of 2023, there will be 2 more under construction, then 4 more in 2024, with a goal of 100 properties nationwide by 2030. These listings operate mostly on autopilot, powered by 27 in-house automation tools I\'ve built, including GPT-4 for guest responses and a text-to-order bot for the cleaning crew to place Amazon orders, etc. With a degree in Computer Science and over a decade of experience as a software engineer, I continuously strive to automate repetitive tasks. Originally from Ukraine, I immigrated to the US nine years ago with only $612 and have since achieved financial independence and a life of fulfillment. Presently based in Honolulu, Hawaii, I enjoy activities such as paragliding, salsa and bachata dancing, hiking, working out, and exploring new destinations.
