I excel at problems that involve hardware and software: my friends and I won a competition for developing an app that detects a car crash and sends data to paramedics through SMS using Arduino and Twilio, https://devpost.com/software/brown-box-crash-detection-system-cds.I’m not afraid to add a little bit of physics to the equation: during my summer internship in Prof. Keidar\'s Lab at the George Washington University (https://mpnl.seas.gwu.edu/), I contributed to experiments focused on the effects of cold plasma impacting liquids with different electric permittivity. I know how to manage my time: as a student-athlete at a highly competitive high school, I learned how to squeeze in homework and test prep between practices and out-of-town tournaments.I know how to organize and negotiate: as a team captain of my volleyball team, I have organized work schedules and mediated between coaches and referees during games.I love to design and build things: I used 3d design software to design a ballista, an air engine, a key chain, a boomerang and build them at my school’s machine shop.I enjoy everything related to volleyball: not only I’m a competitive player who can play as a setter or outside hitter, but I also volunteered as a elementary-school coach and worked as a referee.
