Leading AI enablement at Ciklum across two tracks: building the platform and taking it to enterprise clients. Reporting directly to the CTO.On the R&D side, I build Prodigy - an enterprise agentic AI platform with 25+ fleet agents that automate the full SDLC from Jira stories through code generation to deployment. On the client side, I run AI and QA maturity assessments and build transformation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across finance, retail, healthcare, gaming, insurance, and government.Led engagements for a major German stock exchange (150+ trading products), a global payments company (built an AI accessibility POC that cut remediation time by 85%), a leading toy manufacturer (won the engagement in a competitive bid against the existing vendor), a European sports betting platform (300+ microservices), a global insurance company, a US healthcare claims processor, and a UAE government digital modernization.

ABOUT VITALII MOCHKODAN

I build AI systems that actually work in production. Right now I\'m leading AI enablement at Ciklum, reporting directly to the CTO. My main thing is Prodigy - an agentic AI platform with 25+ agents that automate the full software development lifecycle, from Jira stories through code generation all the way to deployment. It connects to everything - GitHub, Confluence, Slack, BrowserStack, you name it. The other half of what I do is enterprise AI transformation. I run maturity assessments and build roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, retail, healthcare. Basically I come in, understand what\'s really going on with their processes, find the biggest constraint, and solve that first. No AI for AI\'s sake - we measure the baseline before and after, and the numbers speak for themselves. Before all of this I spent 8+ years in quality engineering - building teams from scratch, cutting production defects by half, winning pre-sales against major incumbents. That QA background is actually my edge in AI, because I\'m obsessed with systems that don\'t just work in a demo but work reliably at scale. Open to AI leadership roles, strategic consulting, and interesting collaborations.
