Financial Reporting and Accounting -Led all aspects of the drafting and submission of all SEC reporting including S-1 registration statement, 0-Ks, 10-Qs and multiple shelf registrations (S-3)-Implemented policies and procedures to ensure SOX compliance. Corporate Development -Entered into a global collaboration with AbbVie.$340 million up front,$1.4 billion in milestones, 55/50 profit share in the US and tiered double-digit royalties outside the US-Generated over $300 million in non-dilutive financing by originating and executing FTO licenses including Upfront fees, Developmental and Sales milestones, Sublicenses Fees and Sales Royalties-Executed a $200 million monetization agreement on royalties we receive from one of our licensed products. Board Engagement -Managed Board discussions around the strategic direction of the company -Worked closely with the Audit Committee and auditors to review and approve public filings.
