   Productionized two physics-based prognostics models in AWS that monitor telematics data in near real time to predict specic engine component failures, resulting in over $8.5 million of cost savings and avoiding 7900 hours of downtime for the customers. • Developed a near-real time model inferencing pipeline in Azure Databricks using Spark Structured Streaming, Delta Lake, MLflow, HOCON and Python that can process over 14 million records through 30+ ML models per day. • Designed a data pipeline in Azure Databricks through the multi-hop medallion architecture for various prognostics models using Spark Structured Streaming, Delta Lake, and Python. • Deployed a tool to train and validate models using various AWS services, but not limited to SageMaker, S3, Redshift, DynamoDB and ECS, helping fellow data scientists to improve the robustness of their machine learning models thereby reducing their false fault rate by ~36% per model.
