   Currently working for GCC - Planning, Property & Advisory (PPA)- Planning & Development (P&D), UK team- Supporting the UK Operations and PMO lead on Opportunities, Bid process, planning, PowerBi reports and commercial support using data analytics tools- Managing the project controls through Oracle Horizon - a WSP ERP software- Reviewing and advising on the contract scope and discuss with project delivery team- Supporting the management on reporting and cost controls in collaboration with the UK Technical leads on the project- Forecasting and cost to complete reporting to the Senior PM, off-line cost plan spreadsheets and the Project Forecasting Tools- Conducting the risk workshops at regular intervals throughout the project lifecycle- Ensuring that the team are aware and able to fulfil the monthly forecast hours in line with the project programme- Undertaking the scheduling in collaboration with the Technical leads on the project- Ensure that the quality procedures are being adhered to through the discussion with the Technical leads- Discussing where efficiencies could be made to give the client added value- Supporting the Senior PM to ensure the project has sufficient resources to meet the demand of the programme - in collaboration with the UK regional team leaders- Developing a working knowledge of the hybrid Bill processes to support technical delivery.Additionally, I am working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and designed, implemented various operations solution through PowerBi Dashboards which helps the business to frame the hiring plan, track the performance, plan resource allocation and make effective data driven decision. Also, I am leading the Quality Assurance - Audit team where I conduct regular Audits to ensure that the works done by the team are adhering to the WSP Global Quality Standards during the deliverables.
