About Viswanath Ghawalkar
As a Delivery Head in my current organization, I lead the Healthcare vertical, I serve health services, pharma services, providers, public sector, and technology clients on a broad range of topics including growth strategy, investing, performance/ operations (+health) transformation, and driving greater healthcare value. As a leader in the Healthcare and Lifesciences vertical. Built from the ground up a team of consultants, data scientists, clinical experts, operations experts, and technologists focused on healthcare value and pharmacy topics. I lead Genzeon’s capabilities in Technology domain - including Enterprise Architects, Technical Program & Delivery leads, and Quality Engineering Architects & experts globally across the Americas, LATAM, and Asia. Before joining Genzeon, I was the Delivery leader at Kanini, Emids (P/E backed firm), LTI Mindtree, Deloitte, and long served at Cognizant, serving large national healthcare clients & Fin technology clients.At present, I play multiple roles from Managing Delivery effectiveness, to building Strategy to replace incumbent vendors. From creating bespoke Contents and presentations on Delivery capabilities to conversion it into a full-blown proposal to establish value differentiation. Help Pre-sales to create compelling Delivery stories and create narratives to help put Delivered outcomes & KPIs as outcomes or value delivery. I began my career as Developer in Card Settlement/ACH domain for many years on Mainframes. Software Automation enthralled me which drove me to become Automation engineer to develop Product validation using Robot, HP-Mercury & QTP in AS/400 and later developed scripts for Web applications with API & UI finally maturing to use BDD/Gherkins. This technical background helped me to emerge as Product & Quality Engineering leader in Cognizant and later moved to Product Engineering and Delivery Leadership roles in Deloitte.Besides Healthcare, I led delivery of development of Pharmacovigilance & Clinical Imaging Products in Life sciences, Delivered & Managed products in Audit, Assurance at Big Four, built Finance Products and Wealth Management with US Top 10 Banking, Finance & Wealth Advisory clients
