Working on new proposals, estimations, winning them and building teams as per project requirements. Setup and managed a 30 member delivery team (technical & functional) involved in maintaining, enriching & transforming the bank\'s data platform to build a 360 view of the customer. Grooming and brainstorming with the Scrum Master and core team on Release and Capacity Planning activities and understanding whether the release scope can be met based on resource availability and plan accordingly. Built a team of 15 engineers with API, Data Model, Devops and QA skills for Party 1.0 to 2.0 migration. Worked closely with Solution Architects of the Bank to come up with Migration Strategy and solution of components. Lead the UK Bank Disclosure Automation advice engagement and provided an end-end solution architecture and roadmap for disclosure automation & reporting on the existing Risk and Finance Data Platform built on AWS. For a US HVAC Supply Chain giant, as a delivery lead working closely with leadership & product owners to understand different use cases & delivered the applicable features incrementally by planning & executing end to end operations including interlocking & continuously navigating the deliverables in multiple work streams
