In this role, being part of CIO office, I am delivering the exceptional services to IT stakeholders by developing, leading and promoting IT strategies, IT Operating model transformation, IT Products, IT Sourcing principles across Global IT. One of my main duties is to drive the of operating model transformation, develop IT sourcing Principles, Build IT vendor Ecosystem /strategies, IT service delivery vision, and Product catalogue, which enabled the Digital transformation program. I also orchestrate and chair the quarterly governance meeting with strategic vendors. Furthermore, I lead the teams in our offshore IT hubs in Barcelona, Milan & Bangalore A few of my key accomplishments are mentioned below: • Leading and developing the IT teams in our recent strategic IT hubs like Barcelona, Milan, Bangalore. • Designed IT enterprise-level Product & Service catalogue integrated with source-to-pay (S2P) process, which increased procurement efficiency. • Driving the global operating model transformation journey along with fit for purpose sourcing strategies • Played a key role as a demand manager for all the local IT markets in EMENA and others,evaluating the requirements, and providing strategic guidance to the teams in formulating the IT strategies. • Developed and tracked the metrics of the product against the value creations in terms of productivity and revenue.
