Currently working as in (NatWest Group -Chennai) from Oct 2022 to dateMy Responsibilities Include Key Deliverables: • Analysis and Investigation of Complex transactions in Swift Messages for Sanctions concern in Level 2 • Initiating an RFI with the Relationship Manager and getting further information about the payment. • Liaise with the country compliance officer regarding suspicious transaction and document the same • Refer True matches to Sanctions Compliance Team (Level 3 ) and get a final advice on the payment • Swift Creation through ITRACS and Sending RFI to the Corresponding bank through ITRACS and Swift Responses. • Rekey Template Creation, Inward Template Creation, Sepa Transfer and Rejection Template Creation. • Expert in handling US Export Control list alerts, TRUNC-ISO Alerts and Stripping Alerts. • Carry out quality checks to drive improvement and efficiency in the filtering process. • Identifying and escalating potential risks and operational issues. • Monitoring Mail Boxes Corporate, Retail, Ulster, Coutts and Trade and responding to customer queries and Relation Ship Manager Queries and actioning urgent payments.• Maintaining positive and open communication with the relationship manager, sanction compliance team, risk, stakeholders and operations as part of BAU. • Ensuring to resolve any escalation, ad hoc, complaint cases on a priority basis.• Sending a rejection letter to the relationship manager and branch manager. If required instruct an Enhanced Driven Review (EDR).• Effective backup for the manager. APPLICATIONS USED: GUI, Fircosoft filtering Engine Version 4 and 5, World check, Back Office (Propay), Google, Avaloq, Referral Automation Tool, IntelliTrace, Hit log, OAGP (Ongoing Approval In line with Group Policy), One off Approval, Blanket Approval, PESS Application, Mail box management tool
