Plateau Inc. and ITES Venture are focused on providing innovative solutions, to its DoD, Federal and Commercial clients, utilizing emerging trends in technology. He was the founding Chair of TiE Angels Dallas (TAD), and was an Operational Partner at Naya Ventures, an early stage Venture Capital firm. He has extensive experience in business strategy & operations, technology & innovation, and process and execution. Through Memamsaa, he helps startups and small to medium business (SMBs) restructure, raise funding, or transform/turnaround their business focus and operations to strengthen their P/L and sustainability. Previously, as the President and COO of iLink Systems, he oversaw the growth of the company from a few employees to a 500+ strong global delivery organization, with clients such as AT & T, several Department of Defence (DoD) agencies, Freescale, and DirecTV. Prior to iLink, as an Architect and Manager at Answerthink, he held key technical leadership roles on enterprise engagements at clients such as Verizon, JM Family, UBS, NAPA Auto. He also serves as a Board Member/Advisor to several companies and supports many organizations and charities in the US and around the world.
