This led to a registration of 5k+ merchants within just 6 months. I also designed and simplified major modules to have a mobile-friendly interface, which boosted our merchant retention by ~22%. Prior to this, I worked at Perpule, which was later acquired by Amazon. As the AVP of Operations and Support, I led a team of 100+ and successfully scaled up the cafeteria business vertical from 10k+ to 90k+ orders per day, resulting in a 700% increase in revenue for the vertical. I also led the expansion to 6 major cities, covering 90 cafeterias across 20 different corporates. Earlier in my career, I worked at HungerBox, where I was responsible for monitoring accounts for 30+ companies with 80+ clients across India and achieved 2 appraisals within a year.
