I build and scale Generative AI capabilities inside large enterprises - the messy, regulated, system-of-record kind where a working demo is the easy part and production is where most programs quietly stall. For the last several years at HCLTech\'s CTO Organization, I\'ve worked across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, and enterprise IT operations, helping global clients move GenAI from pilot to production. The work spans strategy and hands-on building: defining enterprise AI operating models, fine-tuning LLMs for secure-coding and regulated use cases, architecting agent-based systems for IT service management that target 40–50% efficiency gains, and co-developing use cases for an in-house GenAI platform that\'s now part of how we take AI services to market. Along the way, I created the IPE (Intelligent Process Engineering) methodology - a practitioner\'s framework for matching real business processes to the right intervention, whether that\'s UX, RPA, classical ML, or GenAI. It came out of a simple observation my team kept making with clients: most AI programs fail not because the model is wrong, but because nobody mapped the process underneath it. My background is deliberately layered. I spent years building and leading practices in RPA and process mining before GenAI - both of which I handed off to successors once they were established - and that progression is the reason I think about AI the way I do. RPA taught me that clarity beats complexity. Process mining taught me that what you can\'t see will hurt you. GenAI is where all of it finally comes together.
