   As a seasoned Deployment Specialist with 8+ years of experience, I specialize in managing end-to-end deployment workflows, from provisioning to post-migration activities, with a strong focus on automation, incident resolution, and collaboration across SRE and engineering teams.In my current role, I do automation troubleshooting and workaround development, streamlining operations and minimizing downtime. I’m hands-on with ServiceNow (handling Changes, Incidents, and Cases), and adept at creating detailed JIRA tickets based on system errors and incident patterns.My experience spans post-migration tasks, including database and viewpoint migrations, and I’ve successfully automated repetitive post-provisioning tasks using Bash and Python, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.Currently upskilling in Cloud Architecture, GenAI & Multi-Agent Systems, I’m exploring how AI can drive intelligent automation and operational excellence within CloudOps.
