To initiate suitable logistic model to reduce the logistic cost including primary and secondary for Food division.• Responsible for Depot operations • Ensure Freshness.• Regular check on primary and secondary logistic services to customers for all Channels.• Coordination with Regional /depot team to ensure OTIF (On time in Full) services to all customers.• Regular Depot audits with coordination with Commercial team.• To ensure all measures to reduce damages and expiry at depot level.• Forecast the series and necessary intervention to avoid higher cost of transportation.• To finalize the transport cost all service locations for all India for all channels in Food division.• To create and implement new process and systems to ensure flawless execution and to reduce cost of business operations. Communication Network External: Team/Depot Team/Commercial Team/Planning and MIS Team, Modern Trade Chain Retailers, Modern Trade Distributors and transport vendors.
