ABOUT VISHWA PARMAR
For me, stories are a stimulus for my senses. Any form of storytelling compels me to write my own. The beauty of cultures, languages, human emotions transcribed into films and books interest me. Stories are my compass—whether they unfold on screen, on the page, or in the everyday lives of people I meet. As an English Literature and Communications student at John Cabot University in Rome, I’ve immersed myself in the art of storytelling through film, journalism, and creative writing. From writing screenplays and editing footage for research-based documentaries to acting on stage and contributing to student publications, my work is grounded in a deep curiosity about cultures, identities, and human connection. I’ve written for The Matthew newspaper, collaborated on documentary projects at So Fare Films, led literature clubs and creative communities, and even taught English while organizing student life initiatives. With hands-on experience in screenwriting, video editing, journalism, and communications, I strive to tell stories that move people—stories that explore nuance, celebrate voices, and spark meaningful dialogue. Whether I’m behind the camera, in the editing suite, or crafting a narrative on paper, my goal is to bring authenticity, empathy, and creativity to everything I do.
