Currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources, I have the opportunity to intern at Zydus Life Sciences Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company. As an HR Intern, I am gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.This internship is providing me with valuable exposure to the dynamic challenges of the pharmaceutical industry, while also allowing me to apply theoretical concepts in a real-world setting. I am particularly focused on understanding HR analytics, policy implementation, and supporting various strategic HR initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals.This experience is not only strengthening my foundational HR skills but also reinforcing my passion for building impactful and people-centric workplace strategies.
