Roaster plant includes belt conveyor, hammer mill, pug mill, vibrating screen, Ball-Mill, drum cooler, blower, centrifugal pump, screw compressor, drag chain conveyor, pneumatic conveying system. • MTBF increase in equipment by Root cause and failure analysis, skill development program, maintenance schedule revision, addition of maintenance checks, oil sample chemical analysis, lubrication program, vibration measurement and analysis.
