About Vishva Adhia
As a Senior Business Process Specialist at Dow, I work with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain operations- delivering transformational and sustainable solutions to fulfill all the business and customer requirements on time. I am an APICS certified supply chain professional (CSCP) with a strong interest in working on innovative and continuous improvement assignments- be it SC planning, systems, logistics, customer service or procurement. I have recently worked on successfully implementing CRM (Service) for Dow\'s global customer service operations. On the academic front, I graduated as a gold medalist from ICT, Mumbai in the field of Polymers and Surface Coating Technology. I also have a master\'s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from EPFL, wherein I researched and scaled up innovative coating formulations with flame retardant additives for transportation textiles. This was a part of a large-scale industrial project with 3 Swiss giants. My diverse experience ranges from developing novel materials in a laboratory to marketing existing products and technologies to the end-users and ensuring its safe and timely deliveries. Prior to joining Dow, I have worked as an innovation consultant, a technology transfer associate writer, and a summer intern at various organizations, gaining valuable skills in communication, marketing, and technology commercialization. I am enthusiastic about facing different kinds of challenges and experiencing various cultures in this journey of life.
