I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership at TISS, with a focus on how behaviour, systems, and culture shape organisational effectiveness.I am deeply interested in human behaviour and pattern recognition - understanding how individuals and teams think, act, and respond in complex environments. This drives my approach to problem-solving: asking the right questions, identifying root causes, and focusing on diagnosis before solutions.My experience spans corporate, entrepreneurial, and field settings. At Infosys, I worked on time-critical projects and was recognised for delivering ahead of deadlines without compromising quality. Alongside this, I have been involved in my family’s interior and construction business, working on client interactions, quotations, and digital initiatives.At TISS, I have worked on organisation development engagements involving diagnosis, structuring, and process design, with a focus on improving role clarity and coordination.I am direct and transparent in my approach, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on practical solutions.I am interested in roles that involve solving business and people-related challenges through structured thinking and behavioural insight, including opportunities across consulting, organisational development, change and transformation, and people strategy roles.
