I am an operations and program leader with 10+ years of experience across field operations, hardware deployments, business analytics, project execution, and cross-functional program management in technology, retail, energy, and infrastructure.Currently, I work in Hardware Operations at Instacart, supporting large-scale smart cart deployment, maintenance, retrofit, and field execution programs across the Northeast. My role sits at the intersection of operations, product, engineering, support, and retailer execution. I have led high-visibility initiatives involving deployment planning, service operations, technician coordination, process improvement, weights and measures readiness, and large-scale hardware retrofit programs.Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for stepping into ambiguous, high-pressure environments and bringing structure, speed, and measurable execution. I have led and coordinated hundreds of service and deployment activities, supported multi-store operations, improved workflows, built SOPs, created scalable tracking systems, and driven programs requiring both hands-on execution and strategic cross-functional alignment. I enjoy solving operational problems, improving systems, and building processes that scale.My background combines an engineering foundation with an MBA in Business Analytics, Machine Learning, and Global Management from Babson College, where I graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma. During my MBA, I also served as a Strategy and Operations Teaching Assistant and worked on projects spanning go-to-market strategy, analytics, machine learning, product development, and consumer insights.Earlier in my career, I held leadership and execution roles across project management, quality, procurement, partnerships, and entrepreneurship, including co-founding and scaling a retail business. That experience shaped me into a commercially aware, operationally rigorous professional with a strong bias for execution.I am especially passionate about operations leadership, enterprise solutions, program management, process optimization, hardware-enabled technology, and using data and AI to improve decision-making and performance. Long term, I am building toward senior leadership roles where I can drive large-scale operational impact, lead cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of technology-enabled businesses.I’m always open to connecting with professionals in operations, program management, product, enterprise technology, and strategy.
