Market intelligence of talent, determining effective sourcing strategy based on requirement analysis.Ability to understand the business demands and fulfill the recruitment requirement through external hiring.Work closely with HRBP/Business Unit Heads/ Internal Hiring Managers/ Client Partners /Vendors to get Prospective Talent.Achieved individual targets on a monthly/Quarterly basis as per SLAs.Ensuring a healthy source mix through all channels - Re-empower, Veteran, PWD, Employee Referrals, Agencies, Internal Career site & social media with a special focus on direct sourcing.Responsible for maintaining and sharing weekly, monthly, quarterly requirement fulfilling status with Recruitment and Business stakeholders.Responsible for handling learning & development for Collins.Coordinate with BU Collab’s and stakeholders and work on training need identification (TNI) to analyze the need of the trainings.Coordinate with HR, project managers, senior managers in building the various training programs across capabilities.Work with various vendors & explore opportunities to execute low(lowest) cost trainings without affecting the quality of the trainings so that we can utilize the budget efficiently.Working on reporting, training completion, effectiveness, providing feedback, tracking the cost sheet, cost savings, working with finance team to accrue the pending cost ensuring 100% compliance to finance in approving the invoices.Attendance tracking, post training feedback analysis, building mechanism on monthly/quarterly reports on training hours.
