Drive continuous improvement by enhancing existing processes, eliminating waste, and resolving engineering issues on the production line.Manage NCRs and WQNs, ensuring closure through CIB and smooth implementation on the production line.Review new designs, raise work instructions, and support the production team with accurate documentation and systems data.Participate in MRB and CRB meetings to review parts, assess engineering changes, and develop implementation plans for revised or new products.Support jig, fixture, and tool design; identify downtime trends; develop solutions; and justify capital equipment investments.Report regularly to the Senior Leadership Team and GM level, ensuring alignment on progress, issues, and improvements.
