Responsible for preparation of accounts entries, ledger operations, bank reconciliation statement (BRS), monthly, year end closings draw up and financial reports.• Expertise knowledge in preparing financial statements such as trading a/c, profit & loss a/c, balance sheet and Cash flow & funds flow statement.• Accounts payable and receivables handling day to day accounting work. Invoice processing of paying suppliers with whom our company has a relationship for the products and/or services they deliver to our company.• Professional tax monthly & annual returns preparation & e filling, professional tax statutory issues and assessments handling.• GST filling of GSTR1, GSTR3, monthly and quarterly GST inputs reconciliation.• Verification of salary statements and passing the related entries, process of statutory payments (PF, ESI & PT).• Preparation of computation sheets for TDS deductions.• Preparation of TDS statement for return filings and ITR filling.• Responsible for annual audit and coordinating audit schedules.• Coordinating with purchase and store team to resolve pending payments related issues.• Releasing advance payments to suppliers as P.O terms.• Handling multiple states of petty cash expenses.
