Being a servicenow administrator i have configure the custom fields in tables, maintained service catalog items,forms.Worked on service catalog items automated the fields using the UI policies and UI actions.worked on clients scripts like In onload clients scripts i have set the fields mandatory,readonly, hide and set few alerts and error messages using methods called glide form.Onsubmit client script i have set some validations before submitting the form or saving the form.Onchange client script i have configure particular fields and using on celledit i set the restrictions and let user not edit any cell at form list.Also i have hands-on and knowledge on server side scripting, i have automated the certain fields on incident, change and problem management tables using business rules as per client requirements Created custom applications like Feedback form and user registration form using the studio which is powerful now feature which helps to create the required applications with no code.knowledge on flow designing and worked reports and scheduled reports. Created various dashboards.worked on IAM, created the users and assigned them various role groups as per requirement. created groups and assigned user and roles to the groups.
