I’m an IT Support and System Support professional with hands-on experience delivering reliable end-user support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting enterprise IT environments. I’ve worked across fast-paced organizations, helping ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.My expertise includes Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Azure administration, along with device management for desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, and mobile devices (iOS & Android). I have extensive experience in PC imaging, software deployment, user onboarding, incident management, and documenting resolutions using ServiceNow.Previously, I supported enterprise environments at Publicis Sapient, where I worked on backup monitoring, Azure user provisioning, Windows Server patching, storage management, and high-priority incident resolution in collaboration with cross-functional infrastructure and networking teams.I recently completed my Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and hold certifications in Azure, AWS, ITIL, and SQL.
