Co-ordinate for internal audits, OHS manual preparation, SOP’s and EHS standard preparation, EPRP, HIRA, HAZOP, EHS Opex & Capex budgeting-PPE’s, Unsafe Condition mitigation, Compliances etc. Co-ordinate to Monthly EHS dashboard update, quarterly SCM, Monitoring & update of Monthly EHS MIS, SR-FR, Monthly PRM, water Index, ETP-STP logbook, Internal Audit Plan, summery report & ensure its effectiveness, Daily Safety Patrolling etc. Third Party Interaction- Yearly inspection & load test of Lifting tools & tackles, Environmental monitoring from recognized laboratory as per the Quarterly/yearly plan, Refilling of fire extinguishers through third party, training on first aid etc. Liaisons with outside organizations such as fire departments, mutual aid societies and rescue teams so that emergency response can be facilitated. Inspection of firefighting system- Fire alarm, MCP, Siren, fire extinguishers, hydrant points, Smoke detectors etc. Developing a BOQ of fire hydrant and fire alarm system as per NBC. Risk identification; developing and implementing a plan to correct or prevent a loss/accident. To prevent and eliminate injury and sickness to the employees. Co-operate to Obtaining fresh/renewal Consent to Operate, Consent to establish, Ground water NOC, Fire NOC, Hazardous & other waste Rules. Ensure adherence of compliance towards license condition w.r.t consent to operate-Air & water, Fire NOC, RJGWD NOC. Health- Ensure pre and post medical examinations employees. Basic hygiene survey, Illumination survey, Noise survey.
