Construct, facilitate, and oversee every aspect of the organization\'s Sustainability program. Responsible for overseeing developments, informing and educating all stakeholders regarding Sustainability matters, and acting as the internal Sustainability leader and expert. To adhere to established frameworks and best practices. Establish ESG operationalization and key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks. Evaluate ESG impact measurement and monitoring systems, as well as develop and implement ESG and Carbon neutrality strategies across the industry.Held position as Deputy Manager in Mechanical Maintenance for 14+ years (2009 July–2024 January). Handled a team of 12 Engineers and 100+ Technicians. The team monitored KPIs and improved machine availability. The ultimate aim was to reduce maintenance costs. Also, gained expertise in material handling and equipment maintenance.As a maintenance engineer, I joined India’s best tyre manufacturer in 2009. Since then, we have progressively worked on preventive maintenance scheduling and progress monitoring. Eliminated repetitive breakdowns by reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF. I always believed in the Kaizen approach to work as well as team building. Worked towards eliminating downtime and contributing to safety and quality functions.I trust that a coordinated effort leads to growth and achieves the highest productivity. My team has consistently worked alongside the Manufacturing Excellence team to maximise production and minimise breakdowns. I directed and motivated my team to achieve management-assigned targets. We schedule frequent internal 5S Audits to ensure a productive working environment.
