Leading a diverse team of farmers, technicians, and compliance officers, I focused on building awareness about sustainable practices, improving traceability systems, and enhancing environmental performance. My role involved guiding farms through rigorous audit preparations, coordinating data collection, and implementing corrective actions to meet ASC criteria on water quality, feed management, and social responsibility. This experience not only strengthened our cluster’s commitment to sustainability but also empowered farmers to see the long-term value of responsible shrimp production in gaining global market trust.
