Design and development of new Embedded hardware products from initial requirements through prototypes to production-ready (Concept from specifications, architecture, documentation, component selection, Schematic design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing hand-off) and product-sustenance.2. Proof of concept generation to meet design requirements through circuit simulation & design analysis, assembly of sample circuits/ prototypes.3. Design of various PCB\'s using PCB Design CAD tools like Altium.4. Interpret the system requirements and execute the analog, digital (high-speed), and mixed designs, in compliance5. On-time deliverable of electronics-based design solutions to achieve reliability in compliance with system-level tools of FMEA,8D.6. Support product manufacturing by supplying alternate sourcing advice including vendor or component analysis, alternate manufacturing process deviations, and cost improvement design changes.7. Collaborate with the supply chain team and EMS vendors for the PCB board prototyping, sourcing of raw materials, and optimizing material costs.8. Collaboration with the mechanical design team for Enclosure, and product design teams for electronic hardware and harness integration. Work closely with Engineering Project Coordinators and Technical Leads to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the Product Development Process.
