   Led the regional deployment of an AI-powered Talent Acquisition ecosystem across HSBC’s Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Egypt, and Sri Lanka, transforming how the bank attracts and hires talent-Partnered with the global program team to deliver a large-scale implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold.ai, enabling skills-based and data-driven hiring across the region-Created and led a network of country deployment leads, driving seamless coordination, execution, and alignment across all markets-Oversaw all testing, training, and change management activities, ensuring readiness and adoption across the region-Managed stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and senior leadership engagement throughout the deployment-Ensured all legal, regulatory, and governance requirements were met prior to go-live, enabling a smooth transition to the new system-The program successfully went live on 16 October 2025, marking a major step in HSBC’s global TA transformation journey.
