I belongs to a farmer suicide affected family, and this personal experience has been the deepest source of motivation for me to work in the development sector. Coming from Kondi village, Solapur district, Maharashtra, I have always been connected with rural society and its challenges.After completing a Bachelor’s in Economics from Sangameshwar College, Solapur University, then I worked independently for school drop out students and Farmer suside families. I pursued a Master’s in Development Studies at Azim Premji University, Bangalore. My journey has been driven by the belief that collective action, knowledge, and data-driven approaches can bring about meaningful change for rural communities.I actively participate in social initiatives and even founded a youth group to mobilize young people for social activities. Staying close to the people, listening to their concerns, and working toward sustainable solutions remain at the core of my work.
