A seasoned and a vibrant professional with significant experience in strategy & planning, product development, marketing, managing risk & segment profit and loss (P&L) and the complete lifecycle of commercial credit cards and credit cards. I am currently serving as a Product Manager with Citibank, handling commercial credit card T&E products for EMEA region. Possess a strong understanding of customer’s need and experience, identifying and filling product gaps based on competitive intelligence, segment risk and generating new ideas to grow market share and deliver the best customer experience. I thrive working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products aligned to the vision and strategy of the organization. Product Development – demonstrated experience in coordinating with a broad range of internal stakeholders such as Risk, Analytics, Technology and Operation teams and external technology partners to deliver products with a quick time-to-market and with the judicial usage of available resources. Product Marketing – proficiency in choosing the appropriate marketing methods and driving promotional plans to convey the product message to the right audience. Serving as a product evangelist building the solution awareness amongst potential audiences to drive the adoption.
