Coordinating with business users and technical team and act as bridge to fill gaps to provide effective solution(s). Role- Project Management- Change and Release Management- Coordination- Gap Analysis- Assembling of ResourcesMy core activities include-A. Requirement gathering, requirement analysis and feasibility analysis to achieve objective.B. Meeting calls and review meetings with business users on daily basis.C. Discussions and Suggestions with Project Managers/SMEs regarding the change.D. Continuous coordination with development team regarding technical feasibility.E. Technical discussion with developers/SMEs for solution documents.F. Coordinated daily scheduled calls with entire team for status update and timelines.G. Follow-up with the business users and developers on existing tasks and schedules.H. Monitoring and tracking of existing tasks/bugs/improvements.I. Quality check, verification and validation on the functionality as per the requirement.J. Assurance on different functionality post UAT to business users.K. Final agreement and sign off on BRD as per requirement.L. Continuous support to the team for the existing issues and FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis).M. Make sure emails are brief and crisp.
