Used OpenRocket to complete a flutter analysis for the carbon fiber fins on the booster. The data was analyzed and used to redesign the carbon fiber fins, significantly reducing drag by 3% and decreasing overall flutter velocity. Currently designing a filament winder in SOLIDWORKS to make rocket tubes in-house is expected to decrease annual composite expenses by $300 Worked closely with the manufacturing sub-team to design an efficient thruster stand using SOLIDWORKS to support over 800 psi of pressure.
