   Designing of automotive casting components for different OEM\'s and providing accurate solutions in earlier stages of design by concurrent engineering approach.Study & analyse Design inputs; & finalize the process requirements.Create Casting model by adding draft, machining allowance, shrinkage allowance and other casting allowances.Prepare data for simulation & study the simulation reports using (PROCAST)Create tool modelling & die part modelling & total assembly structure.Participate in CFT to approve tool modelling and assembly modelling.Participate in manufacturing strategy meeting DATA Analysis Quality checking and documentations works for the finished models.Ensure proper drawing and CAD data, transfer to CAM group for NC Programming.Filing the documents related to respective projects and storage of the same in appropriate place.Maintaining the checklist of Drawings and data dispatched to Vendors.
